Program Outcomes

The Concentration in Real Estate Management focuses on developing:

• An understanding of real estate industry structure, standards, and professional practices, with an emphasis on property operations, customer service excellence, communication, and interpersonal skills

• An understanding of real estate markets, property management, valuation, and facilities operations within international and intercultural contexts, including the social, economic, and regulatory dimensions of the real estate industry

• The ability to apply intermediate real estate management principles to daily operations, including property management, housing market analysis, valuation, facilities supervision, and client relations

• Exposure to consumer behavior and retail practices across multiple CEMI environments, providing an understanding of diverse consumer, client, and service experiences within real estate and related industries

Engagement through real estate, property, and community development activities alongside foundational market research, property management, and client relations practice

Community-based experiential learning involvement alongside real estate management projects, housing market analysis, property operations, and community development
